I have always enjoyed the night grocery stores, first of all because they often saved the life of a starving photographer, then because they all look more surreal as each other, becoming oasis of light in the darkness of the Parisian night.
Here is a series of urban photographs at night, a bit nostalgic, because unfortunately these night grocery stores, true places of multicultural exchange, disappear one after the other, faced with the competition of large-scale distribution.
