Photographie photographie conceptuelle urbaine - You are not in the parking

I’m fascinated by empty urban spaces, places that exude a strange atmosphere. These days, we call them “liminal spaces” when we want to make views.
Underground parking lots, deserted city streets after dark, these depopulated urban settings have always been my favorite playgrounds.

I soon felt the need to go beyond simple urban photography. These empty spaces called out to be inhabited, to welcome a presence, a character, to sketch out the beginnings of a story.

But what do you do when you don’t feel like posing yourself (and frankly, those clothes today don’t suit you at all!), or when you don’t have your tripod handy? That’s when an idea came to me: integrate a “placeholder“, like in video games, to replace an element I hadn’t yet finalized.
